- This part of GB/T 20003 specifies the handling requirements and special procedures for patent issues involved in the process of standard formulation and revision. Unless otherwise specified, the patents mentioned in this section include valid patents and patent applications. This part is applicable to the formulation and revision of national standards involving patents. The formulation and revision of national standardization guiding technical documents, industry standards and local standards involving patents can be used as a reference.
