- This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements of single hooks with straight shanks. This standard applies to die forged and free forged straight shank single hooks on lifting machinery and equipment. It is recommended to use laminated single hooks for single hooks that have been radiated by hot objects for a long time (such as transporting molten materials, etc.).
