- Scope
- This standard applies to ventilating and air-conditioning systems in production facilities. It covers supply and extract air systems as well as capture devices for process extract air. Recommendations for the implementation of ventilating and air-conditioning systems are given for all types of production facilities, in order to largely protect man at the workplace from avoidable stress. In production facilities where the process affords heat loads, acceptable thermal conditions must also be observed.
