- This specification is the basis for IDC project construction quality inspection, on-site inspection and completion acceptance. It is applicable to new IDC projects, and renovation and expansion projects can be implemented with reference. The detection, functional testing and index requirements of other equipment not included in this specification but used in the project shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of relevant specifications, project contracts and engineering design. When there is a conflict between this specification and national standards and specifications, the national standards and specifications shall prevail.
