- This specification is applicable to the seismic performance testing of access network ADSL, ADSL2 + central office equipment, EPON central office equipment, and comprehensive access central office equipment that enter areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 to 9 degrees. For the seismic performance testing of other XDSL central office equipment, XPON central office equipment, and other types of comprehensive access central office equipment, you can refer to this specification. This specification specifies the testing items, technical indicators, testing methods and evaluation methods for seismic resistance performance testing of access network ADSL, ADSL2+ central office equipment, EPON central office equipment, and comprehensive access central office equipment. When this specification is implemented, the structural seismic resistance performance of the central office equipment of the wired access network under test shall meet the YD 5083 "Specification for Testing the Seismic Resistance Performance of Telecom Equipment". If there is any conflict between this specification and national regulations, the national regulations shall prevail.
