- This specification is applicable to the detection of the anti-seismic communication technology performance of broadband network access servers (BNAS) and SIP server equipment entering areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 to 9 degrees. The seismic performance testing of other types of server equipment can be performed with reference to this specification. This specification specifies the anti-seismic technical performance testing items, testing methods, technical indicators and evaluation methods of broadband network access servers (BNAS) and SIP server equipment. When this specification is implemented, the structural seismic performance of the communication server equipment under test shall meet YD 5083 "Specifications for Testing the Seismic Resistance Performance of Telecom Equipment". If there is any conflict between this specification and relevant national standards and norms, the national standards and norms shall prevail.
