Scope: This specification is applicable to the assessment and evaluation of the seismic resistance technical performance of program-controlled digital telephone exchanges entering areas with seismic fortification intensity levels of 7 to 9. This specification specifies the testing items, testing methods, technical indicators and evaluation methods for the earthquake resistance technical performance of program-controlled digital telephone exchanges. When this specification is implemented, the structural seismic performance of the program-controlled digital telephone exchange equipment under test shall meet YD 5083 "Specification for Testing of Seismic Resistance of Telecommunications Equipment". If there is any conflict between this specification and relevant national standards and norms, the national standards and norms shall prevail.
