- This specification is applicable to the seismic performance testing of quasi-synchronous series (PDH) digital microwave communication equipment and synchronous series (SDH) digital microwave communication equipment entering areas with a seismic fortification intensity of 7 to 9 degrees. This specification specifies the testing items, testing methods, technical indicators and evaluation methods for the seismic performance testing of quasi-synchronous series (PDH) digital microwave communication equipment and synchronous series (SDH) digital microwave communication equipment. When this specification is implemented, the structural seismic performance of the digital microwave communication equipment under test shall meet YD 5083 "Specification for Testing of Seismic Resistance of Telecommunication Equipment". If there is any conflict between this specification and relevant national standards and norms, the national standards and norms shall prevail.
