- This specification is applicable to the calibration of cable testers for testing various weak current cables (or wire harnesses) power frequency AC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, cable DC resistance, and line-to-line capacitance. This specification does not apply to the calibration of cable testers for testing high-frequency characteristics of cables.
