Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific to the RT-73 strain of transgenic rapeseed. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of rapeseed RT-73 (GT73) strain. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
