Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific for the transgenic sugar beet H7-1 strain in sugar beets. This standard is applicable to the qualitative detection of transgenic sugar beet H7-1 strain specificity in sugar beets and their products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
