Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific for transgenic rice T2A-1 lines in rice and rice. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of transgenic rice T2A-1 strain specificity in rice and rice. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
