Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the LLRICE 62 strain-specific loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method for transgenic rice LLRICE 62 in rice and rice. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of transgenic rice LLRICE62 strain specificity in imported and exported paddy and rice. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
