Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific for genetically modified rice KMD lines in rice and its processed products. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of genetically modified rice KMD strain specificity in rice and its processed products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
