Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the strain-specific loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method for genetically modified soybean GTS40-3-2 in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of genetically modified soybean GTS40-3-2 strain-specific components in soybeans and processed products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
