Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific to the A2704-12 strain of genetically modified soybeans in soybeans and their products. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of genetically modified soybean A2704-12 strain specificity in soybeans and their products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
