Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific to the T-25 strain of genetically modified corn in food. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of genetically modified corn T-25 strain specificity in corn and its processed products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
