Scope

This part of SN/T 3767 specifies the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) primary screening detection method specific to the genetically modified corn GA21 strain in corn and its products. This section is applicable to the qualitative detection of genetically modified corn GA21 strain specificity in corn and its products. The qualitative detection limit of this method is 0.5% (mass fraction).
