This standard specifies the liquid chromatography method for 2-aminobenzamide in food simulants. This standard is applicable to the determination of 2-aminobenzamide content in four food simulants: water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, and olive oil. The determination limit of 2-aminobenzamide in three water-based food simulants: water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid, and 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution is 0.003 mg/L. The determination limit of 2-aminobenzamide in olive oil is 0.003 mg/L. The determination limit of amide is 0.004 mg/kg.
