This section applies to seven genera of three subfamilies of salmon in food [including salmon (Oncorhynchus), char (Salvelinus), Hucho (Hucho), and salmon of the subfamily Salmoninae. Qualitative detection of salmon and its products for the genus Brachymystax and Salmo, the genus Coregonus of the subfamily Coregoninae and the genus Thymallus of the subfamily Thymallidae. .
