- This part of SN/T 3193 specifies the inspection technical requirements for the import and export of complete sets of light industrial equipment, plastics and product processing equipment (hereinafter referred to as complete sets of plastics and product processing equipment). This section applies to the inspection of complete sets of plastics and product processing equipment as defined in 3.1 and listed in Appendix A (including old complete sets of plastics and product processing equipment that are allowed to be imported by the state). Complete sets of plastics and product processing equipment outside the above scope can be used as a reference. .
