Scope: This standard specifies the inspection technical requirements for complete sets of packaging machinery equipment (hereinafter referred to as complete sets of packaging equipment) in the import and export packaging industry. This standard applies to the inspection of imported and exported complete sets of packaging equipment (including old complete sets of packaging machinery and equipment allowed to be imported by the state) as defined in Article 3.1. This standard does not apply to the inspection of food and pharmaceutical packaging equipment. This standard does not apply to the inspection of packaging container manufacturing equipment and packaging material manufacturing equipment.
