- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry method for the detection of carbendazim, thiabendazole and thiophanate-methyl residues in medicinal plants. This standard is applicable to the detection and confirmation of carbendazim, thiabendazole and thiophanate-methyl residues in medicinal plants such as angelica, senna, safflower, Ligusticum chuanxiong, wolfberry or similar medicinal plants. The lower limit of determination of carbendazim, thiabendazole and thiophanate-methyl by this method is 0.05 mg/kg.
