Scope

This International Standard specifies two types of control bodies: Control bodies 1 are used to determine the sensitivity levels of fluorescent and colored penetrant systems; Control bodies 2 are used to carry out routine assessment of fluorescent and colored penetrant testing. The control bodies are to be used in accordance with Part 1 of this International Standard.
