- This standard specifies the terms, definitions and abbreviations of resident ID card readers, measurement performance requirements, functional requirements, general technical requirements, calibration conditions, calibration items and calibration methods, processing of calibration results and recalibration time intervals. This standard applies to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of resident ID card readers used as measuring instruments.
