- This standard specifies the iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), potassium (K), sodium (Na), phosphorus (P), Sulfur (S) inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) determination principle, reagents, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, determination, result calculation, precision. This standard applies to the determination of iron, manganese, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus and sulfur in tea. The detection limits of each element stipulated in this method are shown in Table 1.
