Scope

This part of GB/T 30287 specifies the information exchange procedure and frame format between the ship information service system (hereinafter referred to as the system) and the information service center between the ship terminal and the information service center. This section applies to information systems that use satellite navigation and positioning technology, use public mobile communication networks or private mobile communication networks, and have information service centers, and can be used as the basis for system design and testing. Information systems that use non-satellite positioning technology and have a ship information service center can also be implemented as a reference.
