- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of glass food cans. This standard applies to glass canning bottles containing food with an inner diameter of not less than 30 mm and a nominal capacity of 50 mL to 5 000 mL.
