This standard specifies the terms and definitions, device classification, power supply grounding, performance, structure, testing, terminal marking, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial X-ray flaw detection devices. This standard applies to industrial X-ray flaw detection devices below 500 kV (hereinafter referred to as X-ray devices).
