This standard specifies the model, specifications, technical requirements, testing, acceptance rules, delivery length, labeling and packaging of marine elevator cable products with a rated voltage of 300/500 V. This standard applies to copper-core low-smoke halogen-free traveling cables (called marine elevator cables) used in elevators or lifts in ships and offshore facilities.
