Scope
This standard specifies the power supply voltage adaptability, power supply voltage sag and short interruption immunity, electrostatic discharge immunity, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity, radio frequency field induced conducted disturbance immunity, electrical EMC immunity requirements and test methods such as fast transient burst immunity and surge (shock) immunity. This standard applies to the equipment in the following security alarm systems: a) intrusion alarm system; b) video surveillance system; c) access control system [including building intercom system, electronic inspection system, parking lot (garage) security management system, etc. ]; d) public help system; e) remote receiving and/or monitoring center; f) combination and/or integrated system of a)~e) systems; g) physical protective equipment containing electronic devices; h) human body biometric identification application equipment. This standard does not apply to security alarm equipment used in special electromagnetic environments (for example, near high-power transmitters such as radar).
