Scope
This standard specifies the test methods and test equipment requirements for the performance parameters of mercury cadmium telluride (HgCdTe) epitaxy materials for space infrared detectors. This standard applies to the parameter testing of mercury cadmium telluride epitaxial materials used in space infrared detectors, and the testing of parameters of mercury cadmium telluride epitaxial materials for other uses can be used as a reference.
