Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of storage and maintenance technical conditions for flammable and explosive commodities, storage conditions, storage acceptance, stacking, maintenance technology, safe operation, storage and emergency treatment, etc. This standard applies to the storage and maintenance of commodities defined in 3.1 and 3.2.
