Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the lateral flexibility (grooving) of the conveyor belt, which can be expressed by a ratio F/L. This standard applies to fabric core conveyor belts and steel cord conveyor belts. This standard does not apply to light conveyor belts specified in ISO 21183-1 ^[1].
