- This standard specifies the allocation principles, overall equipment requirements, workplace equipment requirements, enterprise emergency rescue team equipment requirements, other equipment requirements and management and maintenance of emergency rescue materials for hazardous chemical units. This standard applies to the provision of emergency rescue materials for hazardous chemical production and storage units. The use, operation, transportation and disposal of hazardous chemicals are equipped with emergency rescue materials in accordance with this standard.
