Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of rare earth nitride red phosphors for LEDs. This standard is applicable to the Eu²⁺ activated nitride red phosphor produced by high temperature reaction, which emits red light when excited at 300 nm~550 nm, and is mainly used for LED light emission excited by ultraviolet or blue LED chips device.
