Scope

This standard specifies the principle, apparatus, measurement, result calculation and classification of the hazard classification test for the homogeneous mixture formed by diluting nitrocellulose in solid desensitized explosives with water or alcohol. This standard applies to the classification of hazardous properties of nitrocellulose mixtures moistened with water or alcohol in solid desensitized explosives.
