Scope

This standard specifies the public platform structure, protocol level and communication protocol of the energy measurement data public platform data transmission protocol. This standard is applicable to the data exchange and transmission between the energy data center in the energy metering data public platform and the centralized collection terminal of energy metering data of energy-consuming units.
