- This standard specifies the content and requirements for compiling reliability technical reports of instruments used in industrial process measurement and control systems (hereinafter referred to as products). This standard is applicable to the compilation of product reliability technical reports in the scheme demonstration stage and development stage. The compilation of automation control system reliability technical report can be referred to for use.
