Scope

This Standard establishes test methods for measuring the electrical resistance of floor materials where protection of ESD susceptible items is required. The resistances considered here are measured from the top of the floor material to its ground connection and from top surface to top surface locations. This test method tests conductive and dissipative flooring materials.
