Scope: This regulation is applicable to urban heating systems where the design pressure of the heating hot water medium is less than or equal to 2.5MPa and the design temperature is less than or equal to 200°C; the design pressure of the heating steam medium is less than or equal to 1.6MPa and the design temperature is less than or equal to 350°C. Emergency repairs include heat sources (boiler rooms), heating pipe networks, heating stations, building and indoor heating systems.
