Scope

This standard specifies the consistency test method for intermediate system to intermediate system routing and switching protocol (IS-IS), including Levell and Level12 routing broadcast testing, point-to-point and point-to-point link testing, IP certification, OSI certification, broadcast test, IS-ISTE and IS-ISGR tests. This standard applies to network equipment that supports IS-IS routing protocol.
