Scope

This regulation stipulates the main technical requirements during the installation and testing process of electrical installation projects with voltage levels of 220kV and below in the construction projects of petrochemical and coal-based coal chemical plants. This regulation is applicable to the electrical installation engineering construction of new construction, expansion and renovation projects of petrochemical and coal chemical plants using coal as raw material.
