Scope: This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and storage of vinyl phosphating primer (two-component). This standard applies to vinyl phosphating primers that use polyvinyl butyral resin as the main film-forming material and are used in a certain proportion with separately packaged phosphating liquids. They are mainly used on non-ferrous and ferrous metal surfaces.
