Scope
This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of solid waste treatment and disposal projects. This standard applies to solid waste treatment and disposal projects other than hazardous waste treatment and disposal and waste recycling. This standard can be used as the technical basis for environmental impact assessment, design, construction, environmental protection acceptance, and post-completion operation and management of solid waste treatment and disposal projects. For solid waste treatment and disposal projects that have corresponding process technical specifications or technical specifications for key pollution sources, this standard and the corresponding technical specifications should be implemented at the same time.
