- This standard specifies the liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry methods for the determination of acrylamide in cosmetics. This standard applies to the determination of acrylamide in skin care cosmetics such as creams, lotions, and lotions. The detection limit of high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector method for acrylamide in this standard is 30 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 90 μg/kg; the detection limit of high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry for acrylamide is 5 μg/kg, the limit of quantitation was 15 μg/kg.
