Scope: This rule stipulates the energy efficiency labeling measurement requirements, measurement testing procedures, measurement testing methods, Measurement test results evaluation criteria and test reports, etc. This rule applies to general-purpose microcomputers and does not apply to workstations and industrial computers; it does not apply to microcomputers with two or more independent graphics display units; it does not apply to microcomputers with a power supply rated power greater than 750 W; nor Suitable for portable computers and all-in-one computers with a display diagonal less than 0.294 6 m (11.6 in). This rule applies to microcomputer energy efficiency label measurement supervision and testing. Commissioned testing can refer to this rule. Units that produce and sell microcomputer products may also refer to these rules for testing. The microcomputers to be tested should be products that have passed the self-inspection of the manufacturer, or products imported and sold by the seller.
