- This part of SN/T 3195 specifies the test methods for the cleaning performance, electricity consumption, and water consumption of imported and exported household and similar electric washing machines (hereinafter referred to as "washing machines"). This section applies to washing machines with a single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and a rated capacity not exceeding 10 kg, used by non-professionals in homes, shops, schools and other places. This section does not apply to washing machines designed specifically for commercial or industrial use.
