This part of SN/T 2910 specifies the direct epifluorescence filter and aerobic bacteria counting detection methods for irradiated food. This section is applicable to the preliminary screening, identification and testing of irradiated seasonings and irradiated dehydrated vegetables treated with a dose of 5.0 kGy and above.
