Scope

This standard specifies the PCR-DHPLC detection method for genetically modified components and strains in imported and exported cotton. The detection methods in this standard are suitable for the detection of genetically modified components and strains in genetically modified cotton lines MON531, MON1445, MON1698, and MON15985.
